How to troubleshoot your spray gun not working properly

Below are some common problems and solutions. If you don't have an answer to your question email us your question and we will help you out.

  • Q. My spray gun is dry spraying paint and barely any product seems to come out.
  • A. Make sure the tiny hole in your cap is not plugged. Always take apart your needles and clean inside the gun and relube it when finished. Check your aircap.
  • Q. My guns fan base is not as large as it was before.
  • A. Clean your aircap. At times your gun may be spraying from the top or bottom half of the fan and be why you think your fan spray is not as wide.
